TITLE COMPANIES

Title companies not only insure the transaction, they work to coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction.  Providing clear title can sometimes be a challenge and must be performed under a deadline.  When shopping title companies, compare fees, and be sure to obtain a title agent with years of indrustry experience.  

Note:  Investors often qualify for discounts up to 30%.  Mobile notary fees vary and are sometime free.  Title companies will often match other competitors rates.

HOME INSPECTORS

The inspection process in Arizona provides the buyer the ability to have the home thoroughly inspected.  A general home inspection is recommended for most transactions, however, "investor inspections" are available for experienced rehab investors.  Additionally, many buyers may wish to consider HVAC, electrical and plumbing inspections too.

When you buy a home, make sure you are comfortable with your purchase.....it's probably better to pay up front, than to be surprised later!
